Posad is located in the former ‘Central Warehouse for Telegraph and Telephone Equipment’.

The Central Warehouse is strikingly situated along the railroad tracks running from Rotterdam to Amsterdam. The long building with cylindrical ends is constructed in the Classical style. Red brick clads the facade, which demonstrates a harmonious balance between horizontal and vertical elements. Horizontally, the building is divided into basement, main building, and attic. The facade is vertically articulated by abstract pillars and prominent cornices; both ends are accentuated with towers. Carefully detailed freight pullies reference the building’s original warehouse function. The cylindrical ends were intended for office use; between were large storage spaces and assembly halls for telephones. In the early thirties the building was crudely expanded to accommodate two additional stories.
