In the beginning of 2009, Posad joined the workshop for the southwestern Delta in the old townhall of Goes. The workshop is assigned to develop scenarios for this area.

The southwestern Delta consists of the province of Zeeland, the South of the province of Zuid-Holland and the western part of Brabant. In addition, the Ministries for Housing, Physical Planning and Environment, for Traffic and Infrastructure and for Agriculture (VROM, Rijkswaterstaat and LNV) are involved in the project.
As our contribution to the workshop, we are working on sub-studies on the supply of fresh water, the interconnection between the major projects (Volkerak Zoommeer, Veerman, Grevelingen) and the Atlas of the southwestern Delta.
The partners of the committee of the southwestern Delta wish to create the conditions necessary for a sustainable and climate-resistant design and a high-quality spatial and economic development of the southwestern Delta.
- Climate-resistant safety: to guarantee long-term protection against floods (until the year 2100).
- Ecologically resilient: to restore the natural ecological system and to restore the estuarine dynamics in the southwestern Delta, in the short as well as the longer run (2015-2040), as well as keeping sight of the long run (2100).
- Economically active: to designate and make use of opportunities for spatial-economic and social development.
